Legal Precedent Suggests Utah Will Win
While the lower courts rulings have been disappointing,
the Supreme Court precedent is clear: In striking down a portion of the Defense of Marriage Act the Supreme Court reaffirmed that state law defines marriage. Supreme Court stays on several rulings suggest that they question the federal court rulings and will review our case.
Far from succumbing to the "inevitable" it is time to get involved, in the pro-family movement.
